WHO WE ARE

Kian Concert Sound Services Ltd. was founded in 1974 by Frank Jeltes, becoming one of the first major sound and lighting companies in Vancouver, BC. President Mark Reimann, joined the company in 1985, utilizing his outstanding engineering skills to help Kian Concert Sound develop their high standards and excellent reputation throughout the music industry.

WHAT WE DO

Kian has a vast clientele that ranges from well known touring artists, major music festivals and special events, to corporate conventions. We have supplied sound, lighting, and technical engineers for many great artists and have toured extensively. Locally Kian Concert Sound has been involved with the special needs of the Vancouver Symphony for 20 years and for the past 16 years has been instrumental in the hugely successful Victoria Symphony Splash, an outdoor concert  that  has attracted over 40,000 people. Among our favorites is The Commodore Ballroom, one of the most famous nightclubs in Canada, and now a House of Blues/Live Nation venue, who we are still proudly servicing 25 years later.
Kian Concert Sound Services Ltd. also specializes in audio installations. Most recently, the company has done state of the art installations in The Great Canadian Casinos River Rock Theatre in Richmond, BC and their Red Robinson Theatre in Coquitlam, BC.

IN ADDITION

Kian Show Services Ltd. was incorporated in 2005 to fill another industry need. This newly formed company operates under The Kian Group umbrella, and provides full staffing needs throughout the industry. Focused on high standards and customer service, the company offers highly skilled labour and technicians to fulfill every need from load-in to load-out.
